As heard above, Vast as Sky is an easy rolling 11-track journey focused on dusty Midwest themes full of harmony and heartbreak. There is no question Ryan Adams and the Cardinals + Whiskeytown have had an influence on band mainstay Colin Halliburton as a songwriter.

(putting comparisons aside) It's hard not to fall in love with what The Roseline do best on this record, -making honest tunes, artfully produced with sonic references anyone can sit back, press play, and appreciate.
